hi everyone,

I need a crystal report with a first column (ID)single value, and second column contents (multiple value).
I have a ID field which have multiple numbers of contents , but when display it to Crystal report ID are also displayed multiples time but i don''t need that i need to display ID only single time and its contents as many.

Rightclick on Report and Add Grouping, then select field on which you want to grouping. in your case it would be ID field.

I think there is two way to achieve this.
1) Using Grouping
In this you can create group in Crystal report by ID and Suppress If Duplicate in this field''s Property.
2)Suppress if Duplicate.
If Data is Order by ID then this option is also good. Just Right click id field and Select Property and check suppress if Duplicate.
