One problem is: the experience of 4-5 years is enough to know more .NET topics which could be listed in a typical answer; remember: this is the Quick Questions & Answers forum.

And generally, this is a wrong approach. You need to learn nearly all the fundamentals and some of the application fields, mostly those you need for work, focusing on the fundamentals, because application-specific stuff you can learn any time late, as soon as you need it. Preparing for the interviews is a waste of time. You should prepare yourself for work, not for the interviews. At the interview, you just need to cell what you already have. I would advise you to ask a lot of questions to understand the real needs of potential employers and think on the fly: how can you help them.
