I have no idea what cygwin is...but I think what you are really asking for is what "command line arguments" will make cygwin run in hide mode. For that you might be able to find something on google.[^] Or even better, if you can find documentation or support for the cygwin terminal, they will hopefully have a list of the arguments somewhere for you.
