I am working on my project today when i open my project in visual studio 2010 that time my code file {.cs} was opened a nd system was restartaed. then when i again open my vs and i see that code fill it was null all code was lose.

now when i open that file it''s opening in notepad. and i didn''t find my code


so can anyone help me is it possible to retrive my all code.
