After my article been published downloads became unavailable. Republishing has the same result.
What should I do to fix my downloads?

I had no trouble downloaded the files linked to at the top of the article.
I however you are still experiencing problems it might be better to post your query in the Site Bugs / Suggestions forum[^] as it is more closely watch by the site admins.
