In php the inserted values are displayed in the data table. while the page get refresh it automatically insert one row, once again refreshing another row is inserted. How can i solve this problem. anyone help me..

Remove the code which inserts the data from top of the page and move it to a seperate code only file which can be the action file which takes care of the insertion process.
