I would like to know how to go about creating a website that will have a database. The website will work as follows. Many different companies can register and be able to manage they business online in terms of their client and other stuff this mainly for small business in Africa

Every time a new company registers a new database will be created for the company to manage their stuff. The database will be the same structure for all the companies.
They will be able to login into their account and Crud customers, Generate reports and be able to see a line graph on the site.

I would like to know the how to go about with database, so it can create a new database for each company.
How will all the companies’ database be managed?

Ignore these other guys. There are many hosted environments that will break out each customer into its own db. It does simplify many things. However, there are good arguments for doing it both ways.

One easy way to do this is to script a template database and execute that script each time a new customer signs-up. You should also likely have a master database where you store your own customer ids and which db belongs to them.
