Alternative 1: Make a full database backup on the Developer Edition, copy the backup file to the other server, and restore it there.

Alternative 2: Detach the database, copy the MDF and LDF file to the server, and then attach the database on that new server.

Alternative 3: You can create a database script with some 3rd party tools (one that I use is EMS SQL Server Manager). You can run the script on the developer server, take the script to the enterprise, and run it there.
