Part of this question makes no sense at all. First of all, you don''t have any control over "other systems". Isn''t that obvious? Another part of the question presents a really bad idea. If a user got a right to install the application, she/he should have a right to install it unlimited number of times on the same system. Frankly, I would not even play with the idea of buying a software product with such limitation, no matter the value of the software. Buying such product would be just flushing money down a toilet.
