In this article, A versatile HTML form mail script for classic ASP, I understand the structure. However when I try to add additional html form fields I get lost. I know you have to have the subject, to, from, etc. Where would I add the additional form fields (e.g. telephone number) in the html code and where would I add it in the asp code. I have tried several time but have gotten lost.
