These are simply thumbnail images of the website. Without knowing the complete details I surmise Google takes a snapshot of the site and caches the thumbnail somewhere in the vast depths then uses these to construct the Most visited page.

If you have a program that creates tab controls with WebBrowser controls within them (i.e. tabs of browsers that way Chrome and Safari do) then simply add a final tab (the new tab) with lots of small webbrowser controls on them. Of course this isn''t how Chrome and Safari do it and it''s not very efficient but it''s a quick easy solution just the way your question is quick and brief (to say the least...).

Chrome and Safari actually take screen captures of the web pages when they first load and then present those to you on the new tab page (hence why the images are often out-of-date or not the full page). You can try doing this if you want but taking a screen capture is far too advanced for you (probably) if you can''t ask a question better than you have here.
