string imagepath = dataGridView1.CurrentRow.Cells[15].Value.ToString();
          if (imagepath != null)
          {
              frm.pictureBox1.Image = Image.FromFile(imagepath);
          }
          else
          {
              frm.pictureBox1.Image = null;
          }

take a NoImage.gif file for showing blank Picture Box.
