当我单击图像或文本时，新表单已在该表单上打开了按钮(添加选项)，但是我想当我单击图像时，将单击(添加选项)&按钮打开同一个表单(当我单击其名称时(图片名称)将打开相同的表单，并在上一个按钮上放置另一个按钮(立即购买).

i am working on single aspx(C#) form so in that form i have an image & its name means text
when i clicked on image or text new form has opened in that form on button(Add Option) is there,but i want when i clicked on image same form will be open with button(Add Option)& when i clicked on its name(image name) same form will be open with another button has placed on previous button(Buy now).
so please tell me what can i do for that.

I am not able to understand your question properly.

I am not sure but try this.
Use panels.

First hide the image in the click event and show the panel which contains all of required things u want..

In place of using multiple buttons it''s better to use single button with different text as per requirement.
