You are the most interested person, you know what to start with and you should know what to do next: dig in the API, obtain the binding assembly from MathWorks, search for some simple code samples. Moreover, you have more information on what particular functionality you need to implement. Can you just save the image created by the Matlab program, and then open it in the C# application? That seems like it could be the simplest solution (maybe not the most ideal).
