I''m using Outlook 2010 and I have multiple pst files in order to keep track of different accounts (personal, ...)

I would like to know how to search a word in all the PST files at once.

I''ve seen that I can search in each folder one at a time, but I can''t seem to find how to do it globally.

I''ve google for it but it has not helped me... it seems that "multiple pst search" or similar searches like "global pst search" are not giving the results I expect...

Try FileLocator Pro, it searches PST files natively (ie not using Outlook MAPI or any other Outlook libraries).

UPDATE: There was a bug in Build 1235 that didn''t display emails properly within the program. That''s just been fixed.

It is easier than what I''ve thought...

you can click on the search bar, and after you can see that the ribbon bar changes automatically to allow you to refine your search settings.

At top left you can select "ALL MAIL ITEMS" (or something similar, I''m translating from spanish. after that, doing a search will use all the pst files you can have inside your outlook.
