i created one infopath form, now i want to take form data and add it into share point list using web service.

You can find information about SharePoint WebServices here[^]. However, with 2010 you have the option to use Client Object Model[^] as well, which, IMO, is easier and more powerful. Of course SharePoint also support InfoPath form libraries where the complete form could be added.
