You cannot just "make" the process "based on C#" just because this is not a software process. Do you really understand what is that? (See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Analytic_Hierarchy_Process[^].)

You can model it. You can create some software to support the process in different or all stages. You can support polling of data and data processing, elaboration or presentation of the results or all of the above together. You cannot "make" the process itself.

How can you do this? How can we know that? Looking at the way you ask the question I would presume — poorly. But I can be wrong. May be you can do it brilliantly. :-)

Not clear what kind of help did you expect. Next time you ask question, try to picture the process of giving and using help as a result of your question.
