Hi all,

In my recent project I need to do get connected to outlook and retrieve information and I need to filter mails as personal mails and Business mails by clicking the relevant button.

Could some one help me out in regards.

The simple answer is to have two email addresses, one for business and one for personal.
Outlook can handle many accounts, so just set a rule that if the address is the personal one it places it in one folder, and if business, the other.

There is no other way of doing it, as the computer cannot read the mails and distinguish project information from a party invitation.
