The question does not make much sense. What "steps" do you expect? As always, a first step, you need to learn the algorithm; as a next step, you should plan your further steps — all by yourself, depending on your application your ultimate goals and requirements which you did not share with us. We also have no idea what do you think is difficult. We have no idea what do you want to have on input, what do you want to do with your rendered surface.

The work is not easy; you should study the literature, plan development thoroughly. Any further detail is not something you could acquire from a quick answer, not matter what it might describe.
