我在我的网站上使用Telerik rad网格，但我想添加新的列(图像列)，我将图片保存为二进制文件在数据库中，但是当我从SqlDataReader绑定其他数据时，如何将图像绑定为列中的缩略图(我正在使用ADO.net和Sql数据库).

i am using telerik rad grid in my web site but i want to add new column (image column),i saved the picture as binary in database but how can i bind the image as thumbnail in the column as i bind other data from SqlDataReader(i am using ADO.net with Sql database).
