Hi all,
I want to block a website entered in browser using programs.

When a user submitting website/URL (ex: www.google.com) in browser it will hit or activate our program with the url , in this program the URL is checked with predefined blocking list of url''s , if the submitted URL in blocking list we have to display error message on browser other wise it will give normal response to browser.

Note: without editing hosts file.

Any one please help me regarding this.
