Error   1   It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level.  This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS.  C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\AMEX\AMEX\web.config 52

I am getting this error while executing my application but I dont have any error in application.I have checked that before but now when I tried to debug Its showing this error. I have changed directory .. and tried lots of things..
