first u have to add ajaxcontroltoolkite.dll in your project-->bin Folder.,
after then add new tab in your project toolbox-->give some name-->right click on it and choose Items.. --> after open window choose toolbox items-->click Browse Button and select your project "ajaxcontroltoolkite.dll" (Which you coped in your project''s bin folder..)and click OK button...

now your new added tab can show all ajax controlss..
