In my windows server 2003 I have checked that IIS is installed from control panel.
I have searched for the steps to install IIS and carefully followed the steps
given.But when I write http://localhost from run,it shows "under construction".
And my asp web page is not running also.I have followed all configuration tips
from this site and also from msdn.But IIS is not running.Please give proper
solution.

First Publish your ASP.Net website and Put that build on

%systemdrive%\inetpub\wwwroot folder and

Then go to IIS server refresh the Default Website folder.
Right click on Copied Build Name and change it to Application

Start Browsing and give your home page url
or make home page as default page in Default Document...
