Team Group和HR group..and成员(用户)共有25..so，所以我必须区分

There is no built in functionality in SharePoint for this. SharePoint does not control AD it only uses it for information. There are 3rd party components that allow admins to work with AD from SharePoint, but again, there is nothing out of the box.
