Hello, my fellow programmers!

I would like to ask you a question about rights for pronunciation codes ... or you might call them phonetic notations.

Because I would like to create software which replace English sentences to pronunciation codes.
Since many Japanese have been increasingly eager to learn English.
But pronunciation is one of difficult obstacles to overcome.
I know this difficulty well because I have struggled myself.
And it is possible such a software would sell well.

Then, I am thinking about collecting pronunciation codes from certain dictionary site on the web.
I am not intending to include definitions but only pronunciation codes.
But I am considering that total number of data which I collect, would be more than 200,000.

If I create such a application, then, commercially sell them, is it possible that I would be sued by the owner of the dictionary site or would I be allowed legally?
