When install is started the file is extracted and copied to the folder. But i need after some operation only it should be extract. Because i am doing some operation. Based on the condition only installation should be continue or discontinue.

But now its extracted the file first then only custom window is calling. But I need before start the installation custom action should be start. How to do?

With a setup application you can''t run anything before it starts. You can have a custom action execute as the first step in the setup though. You could use a self-etracting zip but then it would up to the user to run it.
