I want to develop a website for seraching proprty/real estate.But not for commercial use. In many website i have seen search property by Locality name of a city.Also their is a list of optional locality within few kilometer range.

My question is that is their is any api available from google or other to get the locality by a city name?

I can keep the table for city name.

If the api is available then is it free or not?
