Hi,

I am a Dot Net Programmer.

Now I would like to work with Mobile technologies instead of Computers related technologies.

2. If I am right, which technology I need to work into ? Because we have many OS in market like Backberry, Android, Symbion and so on...
3. Any other suggestion ?

I don''t thing there can be a specialty on Mobile Application separate from Computers. A Mobile is a computer. The trend is just the opposite: these areas merge and programming becomes more and more similar, more and more based on common or close platforms.

You see, if you really think about fine specialization, you are risking becoming just a trained monkey, not a decent engineer and developer. Decent professionals get education, not training. They are focused on fundamental fields of science instead of junk knowledge on concrete modern technologies which becomes obsolete almost as fast as many people learn them. So, a decent professional prepares to be a fast learner of new technologies relying on the fundamental knowledge and this learning ability, not on the knowledge of concrete technologies. Also, a decent professional learns everything by herself/himself, much faster then one can be taught.

Should I tell you that a decent professional is a part of minority? So, if you want to be a part of the crowd… forget all of the above and keep choosing between Backberry, Android, Symbion and so on. I wonder which of them will survive by the moment you make a decision… :-)
