WAP.EXE is on various virus lists, and should not be touched with a ten foot pole.
The only reasons I can think of for trying to hide this are all malicious.
Unless you can explain a legitimate reason for trying to hide malware on PCs, you will get no help from me (or I suspect many others).

There''s no legitimate reason to hide an .EXE from Task Manager.

There''s no API call to make to do it all the techniques to pull it off would classify your app as malware anyway.
