I hoping some can help me.

I have just upgraded to Visual Studio 2010 from 2008 and when I hit F5 to go into Debug i get an error message that wont'' let me continue.


Debugger detected - please close it down and restart! Windows NT users: Please note that having the WinIce/SoftIce service installed means that you are running a debugger!

Can anyone recommend a solution?
