1) when you say "inserted to database" how have you checked? Have you databound a table, and assumed that changes to the table will automatically be reflected in the DB? Or have you looked at the database content using SQL Server Management Studio?
2) Are you using transactions, and have forgotten to Commit them?
3) Is the database in your project as a file? If so, do you have it''s properties set to "Copy always"?
