As you can see by the responses, your question is very vague, if you managed to create a web site that allows users to upload files, you have the basic skills needed to at least start your search solution.

I would say the obvious things to start with would be a text box for the user to enter the search text, and button to execute the search, and method to handle the button click, a method to search your document store (is that file system, database, ?...), then a page to display relevant results.

You should have specific questions regarding a small detail of your overall solution you are struggling with, then maybe folks here can help you with some code advice.
