i am trying to setup a custom "submit a record" button,like the one in record centre in sharepoint 2010.can any one help me to do this please....

You have been given the answer before to this question. Just adding a button does not activate any of the features involved with records center. The button n Records Center just displays the file upload dialog and dumps the file in the drop-off library if no rules match the file or Metadata
