I want the bind the description from my sql server 2005 database to textbox in a html format. means i am having maximum length of data in a continuous format but i just want to divide the huge data into small sort of paragraghs in the front end view.

The easiest thing would be to store the information in html format in the first place. If that is not possible if you follow good practices and have separate layers for your data access and business logic, then the information could be formatted at the logic layer anyway you choose and bound to the controls in the UI.
