This is Siddiqali working on SharePoint Designer. I have 3 items in the list and in each page I put 1 item using data view web-part below is the link

But when I select the radio button in 1st page it must get locked or stick for the option as default unless until I change. When I move to forward pages and return to 1st back page it should get locked unless I change it. In the same way I want to make for all the pages.

Hope some one will help me to solve this problem

You are going to need to step away from SPD and create a custom solution for this. You could implement custom forms for this list Custom SharePoint List Forms[^] but it seems a custom application page may be better for the functionality you are trying to implement.
