I want to build a website in asp.net, php or jsp whatever suits my problem, where there is a login system. Whenever a user logs into my website, i should get a notification in the form of sms about the logged user. And also he/she should be capable to do a real-time chat with me from website to my mobile.

Coz... i will not regularly administer my site, so i want a chat application from my website to my mobile.
