I have a website and i want to control the title and description that is being displayed in the search result list, i also wanted to customized what is being display in the result search list, one of the great example of this is the Facebook when you search it in the search engine and there will be several link for the different page of the website (e.g. log in, places,find friends)

Does this process requires the developer to program it manually in the website or it has something to do in Google or different search engine, i tried to change the title and the description of my website but nothing happened, it does not displayed or reflected on the description in the search result list.

anyway here''s the name of the website www.tintinbazar.com when you search it in the search engine"tintin bazar" the link title will be Carreers and description that being displayed is the footer information of the website, why is that? since i have a title and description in my website?
