Hai,

I had read something about Indexing services of Windows. I knew that Indexing service is the predecessor of Windows Search. And it maintains index catalog for faster search.

But I am quiet interested in fetching file information like (FileName,Size,Created,Modified and so on) from indexing Service using c# .Net.

Am i on the right track? Is it possible?
Please help me...
