Is there any way to add a custom option to the Windows 7 (and possibly Vista) Shutdown Context menus? So that when I click the arrow for additional shutdown options in the Start Menu, I have "Hello World!" as an option. Of course I would like to be able to detect from a program when it is clicked. I would prefer answers in VB.Net or C#, but I realize that, if it is possible, it may require C++. I was thinking it would be pretty cool to do something like Boot Snooze or iReboot, but fully integrated. I would understand if it is not possible, but it would be pretty stinking cool.
