Hi, I need to know what is Unix Box I need to setup this on my machine. I need to setup through Putty by using WGET command as I have a slow internet connection. And then I need to setup JDK and Tomcat too on Unix Box. Before telling please answer the difference between Unix and Unix Box.

Unix is an operating system and I do not think that Putty will be much use in setting it up on any machine. If you do not understand this basic concept then I doubt that you will be able to set it up. Get yourself a copy of a good book and start studying.
