I''m working as software eng from past one year on windows dotnet C#. I''m planning to change the company looking for growth as current company as become stagnant and just give support for the sold projects. What are the things i need to learn and apply for the new job looking on platform which i have worked on. Or learning ASP applications is easy i can spend 2hrs/day on learning.

You first need to investigate what skills are in demand in the area that you plan to work. There is little point in learning ASP.NET if all the job vacancies are for Database administrators.
