I have created a newsletter app in my website i am using the same database of my website, it is working very well, but i have 3 more websites and i want to use same newsletter app and same database for them, 2 of the websites are on windows server( shared hosting) and 1 is on Linux server.

Can anyone tell me how can i capture emails from my other 3 websites and store them in my database in my main site.
