Think of it how will you determine if a video uploaded by a user is an adult film? You would have to analyse each frame and be able to determine if a frame contains adault imagery.

When it comes to illegal then it''s actually theoretically possible. But in practise you would need a database of all copyrighted material, and check each frame of the uploaded video against the database. That database would cost an insane amount of money, so much that I wont even hazard a guess.

Oh wait, actually you can do this and it''s quite simple, review all uploaded vidoes yourself and take action.
