Well for a newbie like you it''s an ocean but you can start slow with Object Oriented Programming and you don''t need to learn C\C++ first to learn C#, you can start with C# as well, just be ready to refer back to C\C++ basics too. So better grab a book to start with..try wrox books they are a bit easy to learn, once you have got some basics from the book, use all online resources:
