I have a project that I''ve been considering for a while: an application that can convert simple WAV data to MIDI files. There are a few apps out there that do this... none in C#, and definitely none that have a UI worth considering.

So I am wondering where someone can start up a group going to work on something like this. Or to find a group that is already working on it and contribute. Any ideas?
