Hi all, I have had an idea for a project to help my company collect the monthly info a little bit easier. I don''t know if it is possible and if it is how difficult it would be to implement.

The idea is instead of e-mailing in there info which sometimes takes 4-5 days (alot of our places are without the net for periods of time) would it be possible to create a program that could recieve text messages?

Before I start researching properly into this idea I just wanted a rough idea of whether it is possible and how complex an idea it is?

I Imagine that would require extra hardware between to act as the text receiving device, although I haven''t any experience in this area it sounds plausible.

How would the user interact with the program? texting information doesn''t sound any faster then email for example depending on the quantity of data you want to be sent attaching a document to an email is probably simpler then to a text message.

Are Text messages limited in size too?
