Hi, I have windows vista basic and i turned on my iis but anytime i type in http://localhost into my browser i get an error message saying: HTTP Error 404.4 - Not Found. The resource you are looking for does not have a handler associated with it. I also try accessing inetmgr but it doesnt seem to be present. Can anyone please help me out?

I had the same problem but with window XP.I reinstall IIS and then it works properly.
try to reinstall again.
