Hi i am going to develop a voice changer program.
Absolutely at first I need to design a part for recording and saving
sounds from Mic or the default device.
The problem is that every code I used or write till now, unfortunately
Throws some exceptions or makes some runtime errors about directx
dll. Something like the dll not matched, not find not valid or even is lock!
I need to find an absolute solution for this software that could be able to works
correctly and installs easily, also runs on any platform (windows series at least!)

If any one knows about the solution I will be really glad to know it.
