You really shouldn''t be taking work on that you cannot handle. I don''t think anyone will just be handing out their work for you to use as your own. Go to your client, ask them what they need, interview some of the people that will be using the application to find out what they want out of it, then you can write your application specification. From there you should be able to design your application to your clients requirements. Once you have your requirements, you can start writing the application. If you become stuck on any particular problem, and can prove that you have at least tried, myself and many others more capable than me on this site will be more than willing to help you try solve it. If you cannot do this then you should go to your client and tell them that you cannot do what they wanted, so they can get someone who can actually do the job.
